The Firm:

My client is an established and reputable firm of Chartered Accountants, their Chichester office consisting of 14 staff are currently recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Senior for maternity cover starting in spring/ summer, for about 6 months and the position could become permanent for the right person.

They match their years of experience with a forward-thinking approach and offer a general practice service with a bias toward audit for the charity and not for profit sectors.

You will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of audit and accounting clients. Their current employees benefit from working in a friendly, professional environment where their contribution is valued. This is reflected in an impressive level of staff retention.

The ideal candidate will have a good level off accounting and audit experience, which will have been gained in general practice. You must have strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to cope with conflicting demands and priorities, also you will need to have a very good eye for detail, be methodical and take pride in producing neat, clear and accurate work.
