The Role:

This newly created role signifies the continued success and growth of our South Kent client. Their continued drive for expansion and importantly, to providing the best possible client service has led to the creation of this opportunity.

Reporting in to the Partners of this firm, you’ll be providing a bridge between them and rest of the staff. You’ll be one of three key Managers who enable the Partners particularly to focus on business development and specialist services.

The structure fairly fluid and work is allocated and managed by those best able to provide the best service. Needless to say, you will have a range of accounts and audit work ranging from SME to larger audit clients who require a full 360 degree service.

The standard hours are 37.5 per week with a benefits package that can be tailored to suit your needs/priorities. In addition to good salaries, they offer a performance related bonus scheme which pays out twice a year.

The Candidate:

You must be a qualified accountant with considerable experience gained within a chartered or certified accountants. Your character will ideally be personable, confident with the ability to work autonomously but with the skills necessary to get the best out of colleagues and reportees.

The vast majority of your work will not need to be reviewed and you will have had responsibility for reviewing the work of others in your current role. Engaging with clients of all types and being the primary point of contact will be familiar work to you.

Those with a strong desire to progress will be considered equally with those who are happy to remain at a Senior Manager level.
