The Company: My client is small firm of accountants and they are looking for an experience Personal Tax Manager, to provide high quality tax advice to their clients. Reporting to the Senior Partner you will be managing a portfolio of clients consisting of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will be required to assist in a range of duties from helping the Senior Partner with larger investigations, to training and managing tax trainee’s, such as assisting in the accomplishment of their AAT qualification and management of their workload. Other more specific duties include: • Managing the tax return compliance process. • Dealing with Inland Revenue and Companies House quires. • Attending meetings with clients and or/HMRC • Setting up new companies and partnerships • Preparation and submission of end of year documents including P11ds. • You will have an active involvement in ongoing marketing/targeting activities, contributing to the growth of the practice. The Candidate: You will be ATT and CTA qualified with a good level of personal tax experience, and proven staff management/ supervision experience. Some corporate tax work will also be required of you. My client will consider applications from candidates who are ATT qualified with number of year’s tax experience, looking to progress on to their CTA studies. Please apply now for further information.
