The Company:

My client is a modern accountancy practice providing a varied range of services, there recent growth has lead to the need to increase their staffing levels, they have now asked me to help them recruit a Bookkeeper to join their Ashford office.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be given a portfolio of clients, which range from sole traders to million pound turn over businesses. This is a non audit practice. The duties will include data input, monitoring and reconciling of sales ledger, purchase ledger, VAT and trial balance preparation and reconciliation.

The Candidate:

The required candidate will have or be currently working in a practice for at least 3-4 years as a proven Bookkeeper. You will be fluent in Sage line 50, Excel and Word. Good communication skills and confidence with client interaction. You will need to be able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Your own transport is a necessity due to its rural location.
