During the recruitment process, Prospect Recruitment were very helpful, keeping in regular contact and showing a genuine interest in my application- something sadly lacking with many other firms that I dealt with. Once the interview had been set up, they increased the frequency of our contact, and were keen to improve and adapt my interview technique so as I could get the best possible performance from myself. Tom Midmore, whom I had dealt with since making my application, met me on the day prior to the interview and, due to my being from outside of Tunbridge Wells, gave me a brief tour of the area, showed me where the company’s offices were, and conducted an informal mock interview. Upon being informed that I had been successful, Prospect Recruitment offered me their assistance in relocating to the area and kept in contact subsequent to me commencing employment, to ensure that I was settling well. Should I find myself in need of work in future, I can have no doubts that Tom Midmore and the people at Prospect Recruitment would be my first port of call, as they should be for anyone looking for employment.
